Before you start
BidBuster turns a government solicitation into a compliant, mostly filled submission package. You do the thinking and the final review. BidBuster does the reading, mapping, and form filling. This guide walks through a full bid, start to finish.
You will get the most out of BidBuster if you have your company details ready: legal entity information, certifications, registration IDs (UEI, CAGE), NAICS or UNSPSC codes, and one or two past performance write ups.
1
Create your account
Sign up for a free account. No credit card is required to run your first bid.
- Choose your role: Org Admin, Writer, or Reviewer
- Invite teammates now or later, each sees only what their role needs
2
Build your Master Profile
This is the step that pays off on every future bid. Enter your company information once and BidBuster reuses it forever.
- Legal entity details, addresses, and points of contact
- Registration IDs and codes: UEI, CAGE, NAICS, NIGP, UNSPSC, PSC
- Certifications and set aside status
- Past performance and key personnel
Short on time? Upload your capability statement and BidBuster reads it to fill many of these fields for you.
3
Upload the solicitation
Drop in the solicitation ZIP exactly as you downloaded it from the portal.
- BidBuster unzips it and inventories every file
- It classifies which documents are fillable forms
- No templates to set up and nothing to map by hand
4
Review the compliance matrix and bid score
BidBuster extracts every requirement into a compliance matrix and scores how well the opportunity fits your company.
- Mandatory gates are flagged so nothing is missed
- The five factor bid score covers fit, win probability, capacity, value, and compliance load
- Use it to make a confident bid or no bid decision before you invest
5
Autofill the forms and complete the gaps
BidBuster writes your profile values directly into the real submission documents.
- PDF AcroForms, DOCX templates, and XLSX spreadsheets are filled field by field
- Every value is traceable back to your Master Profile
- You review, edit, and complete anything that needs a human answer, such as the technical narrative
6
Run the QA check
Before you package anything, run the QA engine.
- Confirms mandatory gates are satisfied
- Checks addendum acknowledgments and completeness
- Guards against accidental price leaks in the wrong envelope
7
Download and submit
Download a submission ready ZIP: filled forms, a responses PDF, a compliance CSV, and a QA report.
- BidBuster never submits for you, you stay in control
- Upload the package to the buyer portal and submit it yourself
Do it once, reuse it forever
After your first bid, your Master Profile is built. Every future solicitation draws from it automatically, so each bid gets faster.
